Joseki Judo and Ju-Jitsu started out as the Juniata College Judo Club, which became
an independent member dojo of the United States Judo Association in
1991.
The name was changed to Joseki Judo and Ju-Jitsu in 2000 after the club was taken private by
Master Jan
Finkbeiner.
The dojo is currently part of
Allegheny Aikikai Aikido and Joseki Judo and Ju-Jitsu, Inc., formed in
2004 by Jan
Finkbeiner and David
Hurtubise.
